Overview
Sales Representative
Trident Steel is a distributor of oil country tubular goods and API line pipe seeking higly motivated, career-focused sales associates. Our target clientele includes oil and natural gas exploration companies, pipeline / transmission companies and drilling contractors. This opportunity requires servicing an existing customer base while prospecting for new accounts.
Job Duties:
- Call on existing and new accounts
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Territory management
Qualifications include:
- College degree preferred, emphasis in sales a plus
- Excellent written / communication skills
- Sales experience in the energy industry a plus (i.e. pipe, valves, fittings, etc.)
Defined Outside Sales Territories:
- Greater Houston area
- Permian Basin and Dallas - Ft. Worth
- Southeast Corridor (Louisiana / Mississippi / Alabama)
- Oklahoma / Panhandle
Inside / Outside Sales:
- Saint Louis, MO
Compensation package:
- Competitive base salary, plus commission
- Car allowance (outside sales only) / expense account
